Hello! I'm Marissa (pronounced Mareesa) and I'm coming to you with almost 30yrs in the hair business and believe it or not I still love what I do. At a very early age, through my ballet training I developed a love and great appreciation for beauty in all it's forms. Not only did I learn how to do my own stage make-up and hair at 9yrs old but later on I continued practicing on my teenaged friends for special events and pictures in high school. It always gave me a sense of pride to see and hear how much my friends loved their hair so in 1993 a very close friend/hairdresser convinced me to enroll in hair school and I quickly realized that the hair industry was where I needed to be. I've been licensed since 1995 and have been going strong to this day. From '97-'02 I left the salon to go to work in television as a make-up artist/hairstylist for all on screen talent as well as cutting and coloring hair for the employees that worked at the studios. I had the pleasure of working on some local and national news celebrities, former Dallas Cowboys as well as a few big names like Linda Gray and the late Larry Hagman from the tv show "Dallas". By the end of 2002 I realized that I missed being in a salon atmosphere so I went back behind the chair full time. Throughout all my years in this business I've never stopped learning new cutting and coloring techniques and applying them to my extensive skill set, in addition to keeping up with new trends. Its always rejuvenating to learn something new but I get the greastest joy when I've successfully put a smile on a clients face because they love their hair. Now thats BEAUTIFUL!

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations of any color appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
